Enchanted Forest Field Trip

Join us for a fun morning of birding at one of Brevard County’ s finest outdoor sanctuaries, the Enchanted Forest. Matt Heyden and Lora Losi lead the walk at 9:00am. We should see a variety of birds and other wildlife as the sanctuary has several types of habit. These include Oak scrub, mesic and hydric hammock, wet prairie, and pine flatwood. We recommend that you wear long pants and closed toe shoes. Bring bug spay and of course binoculars. The event lasts about 2 and ½ hours.  Look for Matt and Lora near the front entrance of the main building.  Be sure to bring a picnic lunch, Space Coast Audubon will supply the desert.
